Yesterday was Kbox session,
Today were no voice season.

Going to kbox during the festive season is surely a no-no. Not only were the charges extremely expensive, vouchers and offers were not valid. Luckily, cash vouchers that I had won through contest earlier, was accepted, and that gave me the slightest comfort.

The staffs over there were like being forced to work during festive seasons, gave us the "do-you-think-I-care-much" expression which we paid money to get. When asked to have a change of our room because of bright light coming through, (no one like singing in bright intensity places) the staff didn't seemed too pleased with us.

Later on, another staff came in to ask for our orders of food. We admit that we are kind of slow in ordering but you can't blame us because all the things we ordered were not available.

We can understand that sometimes ingredients do went out but is asking for a combination of chili and ketchup for all the things we ordered, abit too difficult? Look we are trying to make it easy for you. If we had asked for chili on fish burger, ketchup on chicken burger and chili plus ketchup on cheese burger. Do you think you can remember easier with applying all burgers with chili and ketchup?

Besides we already make live with the not available sets that we ordered. We also didn't care about the presence of a child in the group which doesn't eat chili. Seriously, the whole point of this rant is the service charge that we must pay and not getting the feel of it.

At least, I can remember, at the start when we ordered our drinks, a young lady came in and served us with courtesy. Look!, when you have good service, people remembered and make it a point to address you "young lady" and not some garbage gal.

Anyway, a bunch of us went (My mum, 2 sis, aunt, cousin joy and Tb) and was having fun at the end. Although my throat was feeling a bit sore but I just want to have a time of the world, singing. Besides, it's rare to sing with mum, siblings and relatives and friends altogether. It's like a package that is super worth it.

After the singing session, our conversation suddenly lead to "Fan Tai Sui". Read THIS if you want to know what I am talking about.

So we went to the temple near Pandan garden to pray. Although not all of us are affected, we went as some of them doesn't know the ritual of "An Tai Sui" and there's no harm in knowing more. My mum and aunt were affected.

There's this board that shows the love, wealth and work of the different zodiacs. I was born in the year of snake and I was curious to find out my "status".

TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT!

Not only gambling, I was told to cut down on expenses.

After that, fetched Hx and Mk to my house to gamble. I lost count of the number of times they gamble at my house since chinese new year starts. One more thing, THEY FORGET TO OFF THE FAN WHEN THEY GO OFF!!!

Monday, 26 Jan (Chu Yi)

Start of the long awaited Chinese New Year. I don't know why but I woke up feeling super happy, like I was having an especially good luck or something. With the CNY spirit all in me, I visit my grandma to wish her a happy new year.

I wore a tie on that day and very soon I regretted that bad move because not only does everyone commented at least something about the tie, I had some saying "I want to buy stocks or shares because you look like the stockbroker."

Chinese new year can never be fun or prosperous without gambling. So basically, the main idea of gathering at my gran's house is to, firstly see relatives and secondly GAMBLE!

A total of 3 gambling dens are opened on that day. Mainly, they are split into 3 category as well (Teenagers, Adults(non-smoker), Lao Jiaos(mainly smokers). I belong to the "Teenagers" group and I lose bitterly at Blackjack at first . But later in the day, more cousins joined in and I was the banker for the last 4 rounds. This last 4 rounds were the turning point of my day because I got blackjack, blackjack, 20 and 21 respectively. In the end, I won $16.

Adults group were made up of my mum, aunts, uncles and sometimes my sister. They are the non-smokers and they played Dai dee. Winning and losing is very fast pace and hence Teenagers are not advised here. The "Lao Jiaos" group were the smokers and more noisier, violent group. You wouldn't even want to be near them as quarrels can happen anytime. Their normal taking sounds like fighting!

Anyway, I meet up with Mk at night time because he lived very near my gran. Was supposed to watch a movie or something but I guess everyone is busy with their "huat-ings" and so they couldn't make it. Went to Subway to have dinner as I wasn't able to eat anything filling at Gran's place.

This is how I spent my first day of CNY. Though it's really simple and it's all about gambling, I really enjoy it a lot.

Tuesday, 27 Jan (Chu Er)

Every Chu Er, I will go over to my Jiu mu's workplace to collect ang pows and buffet. It has become a "must-go" because we went there more than 5 times already. This year, they even added lion dances to spice up the celebration.

Along with my mum, aunt, cousin and Mk, we meet up at clementi and went over to Dobby Ghaut. We had been there 5 times but we always don't know how to walk there and end up in the wrong place and was forced to take taxi. This year, we managed to walk there but we kind of overshot and we promised that next year, we will never forget the place to turn.

Found a spot to sit. It was very near to the lion dance. In fact, just next to it. My ear drum almost burst when they start to clank the clangs or hit the drums.

See how near is it? The lion dance were just behind my aunt and mum!

Dishing out some dangerous stunts.

My aunt goes "Not again..."

This is the most irritating part. They will squat over the oranges and pretend like the creature is eating the oranges. The creature will look like it is enjoying the fruit as it shakes a little and blink it's eyes. While the person inside will hastily peel the orange skin and for a word or something using the fruits inside. Then they will put the orange skins on the mouth of the creature and anyhow spatter the skins to the sides.

Why is it irritating? because each of this process took about 10 mins and there were like 6 sets of oranges to peel. Not only that, the lion dance crew were happily drumming and clanging like as if they had already gone deaf. Actually, the main irritation is that I am uber hungry.

Next, we went to collect ang pows. Last time, when I was young, I was not afraid to take more than 7 ang pows. There was this uncle that always forget which children had taken ang pows before. But as I grew older, there's this mentality that lots of pairs of eyes are looking at you. This year I only managed to take 3 but I am quite pleased already.

After ang pow collection, it's buffet time! There's this auntie that keep trying to cut queue. She was just beside my cousin and asked her where to get plates. At first I thought she really wants to know where to get the plates but I later found out that she was trying to cut queue. Even after taking the plates, she went on to ask where to take the spoon when it is just infront of her.

So I told my cousin to stick closely to the one infront because I knew the motive of this F***ing auntie. Then she tried to lean near me but I just stood firm and at times, pushes her back by swaying sideways. She knows I was no pushover and try to prey on my younger sis. I immediately pull my sis to my front and said something like "be careful".

In the end, she managed to cut in but not infront of me. I hate her to the core of the planet Earth.

Next was "lau yu sheng" time!

After eating, my uncle tio summons because he did a illegal parking. He had just arrived like 3 mins and got back to his car to see policeman and woman. You see, it's Chinese new year second day and these people are working so hard to issue summons to break the fun. It will be understandable if it was a Malay or Indian issuing but both of them were Chinese and they are those unreasonable kind that talk loudly to you when they are explaining. But a summon cannot be void once issued, so no point arguing.

Me and Mk then went over to Jurong Point. Tb came over to fetch us to Hx's house. A while later, my sis also arrived at Hx's house and we start our gamble session. We played Texas poker and some kind of 2-3 cards game. Lose a few bucks and Hx's mum was kind enough to treat us dinner where she cook a few simple dishes.

When it was about time for our movie, Love matters, which we kiasu-ly booked before hand, we quickly go over to fetch my sis's husband.

Again, for don't know what unknown reasons, I was unable to find any pictures of the movie, "Love matters". Let your imagination go wild because this movie is about sexual desires. (in my opinion)

Like what my sis told me, the storyline was created after they create the comedy scene. Meaning that they came up with the funniest jokes compiled from previous movies or they came up with new ones and then write a story about it. So the movie might seemed jumble up as the main point of the movie was to make people laugh.

After the movie, Tb, Hx, Mk and my sis went to my house and we play mahjong. Tb is in the phase of learning. That's the end of Chu Er.

Poor Timothy

I am sadden by the fact that Timothy had a virus infection during this festive occasion. The virus infection caused him to have irregular temperatures from 37.5 to 39.6 degree Celsius! It was horribly scary that a child of 9 months old who was in difficult position to express himself, suffers.

Despite the 3 visits to clinic, the illness seemed to be incurable. There was a point in time when my sis, (Mother of Timothy) dropped her tears for what lies infront of her, a motionless kid who was usually energertic and moving about. She must have been afraid, in fact, worried sick of her precious son's well being.

Let's hope he will recover by tomorrow to become the joy of the whole family. Let him return to his bubbly and naughty true form where he slap people's face as they go near him.

Since tomorrow will be the start of chinese new year, I shall forget about something that happen today which makes my blood boil. I just woke up and got scolded by my uncle which he compare his son with me?!?!?!! (My keyboard spoil immediately after the violent key pressing!)

I totally ignored him after that and I am happy to announced a new gambling stuff in my house!

Mahjong FTW!

Goodbye W65H

RP is cruel. Every semester, we got split up whenever we starts to clique at the last few weeks. It is always like that and the saddest thing is that, this is one of the best class that I had. Of course there are other friends that I know in other semesters of the year, but W65H has the best "structures" of friends.

Pillars that support me

Zakia

I remembered the first MIS lesson we attended. She was the sort that will talk to you automatically and this makes my life easier as I am that kind of shy person who does not make the first move. Subsequently, I enjoyed and hope that Friday will come faster because that will be the favourite lesson accompanied by best team members.

Thank you for being my friend and always cheering me up when I am sick or upset. If I had, in anyway, dampen your mood, I would hope to say sorry and please forgive me like you always did. (Best friend!)

I remembered the time we ran away from satay stick and it was really fun. You told me about your difficulties with your mum but I think I am not able to do or say anything that will console you. You see, I am not good with words when I am talking directly to a person but I guess everythings' well now because this morning you said that your mum help you iron your shirt :) She care for you!

Shao Cheng

This is yet another one of my craziest friend. At first, I thought he was a very quiet and gentle person. As time goes by, I know I had the wrong kind of judgement about him as he frequently mess up my hair, scold me unnecessarily, slap me, uses his leg to tickle me, not returning my things, stare at me seductively and lots more. He do that to almost everyone that he was close to.

Although his English wasn't that good but he made it up with his perfect Malay-speaking. Through him, I learned what is "sincerity" as he was very frank with his words. He was also very willing to help others and I am sure he helped me a lot in PHP within those difficult times.

Talking to him makes me feel very relax. There is nothing that we can't tell each other. I am really looking forward to going his hometown in Malaysia during February and Batam.

Andy

Cheerful is the best word for him as none other word fits him! There is certainly no time in this semester that I see him without a glee on his face. I am even wondering what drives him so happy to be smiling all day even when he is sick! I remembered the time during SAD when he is sick but he still puts on a braces-smile despite feeling moody.

I also enjoyed the time when we always play pet society while opening mystery boxes. Not forgetting the time when he helped me purchase a bag from an online shop. I even recalled the time he played the piano with all of us deeply immense into. Informing us about the 2 for the price of one, Iced blended Mocha. Shared with us (lazy people) how to get those CE points that doesn't require us to go talks and troublesome thingy. Today, he even gave each of us a goodbye letter with attached of his own namecard. Look at the list of things he had helped us with. This kind of friend is hard to get!

William

My very active Dota pal. He is constantly asking me to play Dota during breaks but I always reject him because I know I will not be able to concentrate after playing a vigorous game. Same like Zakia, he is also in the team of the first MIS lesson which I deeply favours. His outspoken nature makes him a friend that you can frequently joke around with.

Recalling back, there was one time he said something which I accidentally heard. It was supposed to be a self-talking kind of comments that he made and that nobody should be able to hear it since he must be whispering softly. (BUT I HEARD IT!) He said something like "Why is it that I cannot have the heart or guts to talk loudly to Andy?" (like Andy is some small animal that must be treated with care) I replied almost instantly with the solution. I explained that Andy is that kind of very polite and someone that is of use to you. But when it comes to us, like me, you won't feel bad even if you stab me in the heart because we are just "normal" people of no use to you.

Of course I was just joking with the part about stabbing heart but that's because I forgot what I replied. In anyway, thanks for that MSN chat. It really made my day as I never knew I had left such good impression on others.

Wendy

Sometimes I am so happy for myself for remembering so many things. I remember that wendy is the first friend I know in W65H. (beside her is Marcus who was my secondary school friend) I consider it friends when we exchange MSN contacts although the main purpose was to send the codes over.

In the middle of the semester, there was really many opportunities grouping with her. OS is the perfect example when we brave through the lesson with just the two of us in the team. We remained stagnant no matter what difficulties or obstacles we faced. Those were the times I love coming to school because I know she will surely come and not "pang seh" me.

Moreover, I remembered the jokes that I made up upon hearing someone that used kicking to make their leg more flexible. It goes like this: The person will kick too hard and the leg came flying out because of the flexibility. Then wendy will quickly run over to the other side and catch the flung-out leg. She will then go up to a balcony area where she will threw the leg down the building. I LAUGHED UNTIL I "SIAO" and she laughed until tears came out and her face all red. THOSE were the time!

Really, W65H had given me laughters and joy. It is something money cannot buy and something that will stick in my mind for the longest time. I hope I will have the chance to be in the same class as some of them in the next sem.

Today definitely marks the last day of school, last day of year 2 semester 2, last day of W65H, last day of being together, last day of pet society-ing and last day of ponteng-ing school.

This was the pic that I drawn yesterday and it's drawn with a purpose to remind myself that "hey! it's the last day, so let's not dwell on the past". On the other hand, I hope I can stay like this for another year as I know I will make sure I won't be shy no more.

Today, we went KFC in the morning and purposely skipped the first meeting. We had our breakfast and I am sure there was some point in time where each of us feels really sad to leave each other after today. We know that meeting up will be tough as we seldom see each other and that we have our own personal life to lead.

Some pictures to share...

Inner content of lipton tea bag + a lot of things of course

Ingredients: creamer, milo, tea, tea bag content, butter, pepper, chilli sauce and maple syrup.

I secretly laugh to this photo. I wonder why...

I will never forget you guys! Rock on

Kbox then Cyberdome

Yesterday, meet Tb in the earliest hour at clementi. Headed to the Kbox and make sure that we had their K-lunch packages without wasting any minutes. It was super cheap as the bill came up to only $24.80. Anyone with maths knowledge can do a simple division to know that it is only $12.40 per person.

We sang with our hearts out despite just the two of us. It is definitely easier to sing with a smaller group as little time were wasted on waiting. However, I found myself having a slight "lost of voice" as we continue singing for 3 hours.

After that, we went Mk's house. It was already 2pm and he only woke up when we called him. Speaking about sleeping, no one beats him in it. Then we ate at some market place and cab down to Dobby Ghaut, Cyberdome.

Played 4 rounds of dota in garena and won all of them. Playing in the lanshop certainly make things different as there was greater coordination. Left at about 9.30pm and went Plaza sing to have dinner.

When I got home, I was greeted with an envelope that was already torn open. On top of the envelope was my name and address but that is not the main point. I saw the word "KeyEditions Pte Ltd" printed on it and I immediately know I won something from the Teenage magazine.

I quickly looked at the content inside and ripped out a black tote bag with what look like a drawing of a girl. It has a signature on it but I couldn't make out the words. I looked inside the tote bag and found 4 pieces of five dollars K-Happy vouchers that expired at 31 Jan 2009.

I was overjoyed with the K box vouchers although I just came home after a singing session. I know I will be going K box again before the vouchers expires. It was at this time, I begin to think deeply about the articles that I once read in the January issue of Teenage. My memory failed me as I begin to flip through the magazine in excitement.

I stumbled upon page 53 of Teenage magazine and came to realise that I had won a hand-drawn tote bag from JJ Lin. No wonder it looked so familiar like as if I had seen it somewhere. I am so lucky to get a merchandise signed and drew on, by JJ Lin. This can be the best Chinese New Year gift that I have gotten.

Must it always be the last day...

Sometimes I ponder over this question. "Must it always be the last day or moment when someone treat you better?" In typical shows and dramas, the actors or actresses will be diagnosed with cancer in 4th stage (most probably stomach cancer) and he or she will want to spend the last few days with their loved ones. Before the diagnosis test, they wasn't together until the illness strikes. So predictable~

For example, in Hot Shot, W was diagnosed with cancer and she refused to let her students knows about her illness. She want to spend the last few training session with her students to improvise them personally. In the end, she collapsed to the ground gracefully and died without any regrets although she was left unnoticed while the students jumped into the sky for the basketball.

Just when I heard the terrible news about the new system next year, I almost went crazy and came up with the stupidest analogy. The news is that there will be 3 UTs altogether. The last UT, being the longest UT ever, falls on the last day of the school. (how clever!?)

And you know since it happens on the last week, there are bound to be many things happening before the week. Like for example, if you are doing very well in your studies, people are jealous of you and they might plot a murder attempt to kill you. Or they might spite your drinks with smelly socks solution and make sure you couldn't attend the UT on the last week.

Nevermind about that. That would be next year for us. Today, our facilitator gave our class $100 for having the highest percentage marks among the classes that she teach. We used the $100 to buy pizzas and drinks and use it up almost entirely. You know what? "Never miss the last few lessons as surprises just keep coming our way!"

Took a few pictures with W65H peeps. The facilitator was stopping us from taking pictures but we don't care and keep adding people into the photos.

hmm... my cranberry + apple bottle keep appearing in the photos.

After school, Sis came over to fetch me. Was supposed to go K-box but we change it to tomorrow instead. Went over to Tb's place and go JP to have pizza hut yet again.

Ate my all-time favourite cheese crust pizza despite not having the chance to eat it in school just now. Was still angry about it until now as the last piece was booked?!

Also had some side dishes that makes my stomach bloat. Guess I won't be eating pizza hut for at least 1 week as I am scare of it already.

I am so excited to say that my holidays were filled with plans and that will make me occupied. The plans were as follows...

26 Jan - Chinese new year celebration
27 Jan - Gambling at Hx's house

In between here, I can do a lot of things that I never found time to do. eg. Harry potter book 2 onwards, movies, dramas and many more.

12 Feb onwards - Going Shao cheng's house in malaysia for a holiday escape
18,19,20 Feb - Going Genting
23 Mar - Mk's birthday
24 Mar - Timothy's birthday
27, 28, 29 Mar - Chalet with cheapos gang

Got to sleep now to prepare myself for tomorrow's singing session!

We pretends...

Today's lesson was about pretending. We pretend to be listening and to focus on the tasks. All our brains were dead as whatever we read couldn't be absorbed. We toggle between Pet society and worksheets like professionals and we laughed at our own actions. It was destined to be as we showed clear pre-holiday symptoms.

Skipped 3rd meeting and left for "The Haunting of Molly Hartley" at West mall with Shao cheng, Andy and Zakia.

Not a definitely must-watch movie. At first, I thought it was a movie that is filled with horrible gooey faces or ghastly figures floating around but I was wrong. Devils that looked like your ordinary human beings and who knows it ended up with a going-on age 18 where you chooses your path.

After the movie, we went to the arcade and play some games. Then I waited for my sis to fetch me. Missed Timothy a lot and I immediately kissed him profusely upon seeing him.

see how easily he can reach his leg to his face? I am going to set up a facebook account for Timothy using this photo as his profile pics.

I always know he look like someone that is super famous but just couldn't say it out. Now you know!

Toy car-eating is another of his past time. (Kena caught by us!)

For now, I would like to be excused to have some private moments with Timothy!

Urgh!

Chinese new year is merely 2 weeks away and there's recently lots of commotion coming up like "Omg, you buy new year clothes already or not?" or "siao liao, I haven't remove my mole since last year". You know what I mean? Last minute.

I haven't buy any Chinese new year clothes except for one which I bought with such difficulties. I always had the problem of "buying-it-and-not-liking-it". Sort of feeling regretted now but I'll just live with that for the time being. Hoping that I will grow to fit the shirt and not the other way round.

Just that day I went to a supermarket to buy apples. The place was decorated with Chinese new year things and the whole supermarket clearly tell us that CNY is around the corner. Not forgetting the mandarin oranges and the 8 column boxes where they use to store sweets and plums, filled up the shelves.

The younger generation like us had no interest in those and the adults happily buy them so that they can throw it away once the Chinese new year ends. (refering to the 8 column thingy)

The mood or atmosphere of Chinese new year had fallen to zero percent. Despite the colourful decorations and high pitch new year songs, no one seemed to be happy this year. I clearly heard a child saying "I don't want to go po po house at chinese new year." The mother just "Tsk" the child and continued picking her oranges.

On the happier note, I truely welcome the Chinese new year as I want a change of luck. The year of 2008 had it's ups and downs, mostly downs. Besides that, it can also means holiday that will seemed like the best things ever.

Like I always do, I hope life can be like pet society which can be changed at the click of a mouse. Just look at my pet! A sotong on the head!

A bad day.

It should be a day for shopping and eating but an accident put an end to all the happiness so suddenly.

We decided that if we were to shop, Timothy mustn't follow along. If he was there, we cannot shop in peace. And so, sis came over to fetch Timothy home and we can go Jurong point for that is the plan of the day.

We was on my sis's van and we were travelling towards her house and we came to a point after the zebra crossing. Just in front of her, yellow Toyota car.

For road rules, the yellow Toyota car is supposed to look to their right to see whether is there any incoming cars. My sis, who is just behind this yellow Toyota car, moves bit by bit foward while looking to her right as well. My sis didn't know that the car infront of her had stopped moving and continues to move forward until she bangs into the bumper of that Toyota car.

From my sis, she said that there was no incoming cars on the right and that the Toyota car was safe to move. However, that car just wouldn't move a little.

I witnessed the whole process of the van slowly edging towards the bumper of the Toyota car. I even heard myself saying "careful, stop" aloud. All these were too late as the next moment, the ugliest women with serious lost of hair problem came out from the front seat with hands on the waist. The husband, and maybe the daughter came out as well.

My sis and his husband went down and we sat on the car feeling worried. We were still at the point after the zebra crossing and they had a 5 minutes talk when they finally decide to drive over to Ivory heights to settle the things.

I still haven't say how serious was the bumper, didn't I. It wasn't that serious and it just show a line of dent near the number plate of the car. I heard my sis saying something like "a reverse knock against the dent can solve the problem." However, you should have guess it wasn't that easy for ugly women.

We were still inside the van and we couldn't hear their speech but we simply guess from their actions. The ugly women was pointing to the left side of her car other than the dented place and obviously saying that the spot was spoil after the bump. She went on to exaggerate by showing a "kena bumped" action and the ugliest face showing that she was horrified as her hand starts to clutch her sulken breast/heart.

I mean, it might be my sis's fault to bang into your bumper but it wasn't that serious to the sense that you want to change your whole bumper. The ugly women even added that she had recently noticed that her left side of the car was spoil and after this bump, it became worse and it needs to be change.

Soon, my sis's mother-in-law came down with two maids by her side. Those two maids were supposed to bring Timothy home and the mother-in-law went on to bargain. Both side called their relatives and spoke on their behalf and I guess this case isn't going to be solved with a happy ending.

After that, sis came back up to the van and it seemed like tension is building up. Jeff called me at the wrong moment asking for my Maple account when I rejected him. My sis drove at a dangerously fashion and I swear I am going to scream at her. I can understand her anger but this is no way to vent her anger on our life.

When we reached Jurong point, I took MRT home as I already know the day was ruined.

Happy 20th Birthday to Hx

Usually birthdays in January are easily forgotten. This year, we make it a point to remember, as birthday to anyone, is considered the most important day of the year. And now when the beginning is all set up properly, the year will go by with each of us celebrating each others birthdays. I am elated to say, next is mine!

At first, we did not managed to remember the exact date of Hx's birthday, but thanks to all memories add together and to guess logically, we managed to pinpoint a date from 31 days. (And later from the birthday boy's word of mouth as confirmation.)

9 January

A date that I shall never forget once I had written it down.

At first we wanted to meet Hx at jurong point to watch Red cliff, however a lot of the slots were already full by afternoon. Hence we change over to West mall and to our surprise, not as much people as JP.

Hx appeared with an entrance of poking Tb's waist and Tb scream to his horror. While they were behind making a din, we had a problem because my sis need to get the van back from the repairs. We had no idea when the van will be back and we couldn't confirm a time slot for the movie. In the end, we just bought the 9pm time slot for Red cliff part 2.

We went to the arcade and play some photo hunts. 5 of us mainly Tb, Hx, Mk, sis and me couldn't break the high scores despite the fast spotting of differences. A call was received and it meant that my sis can collect her van back from repairs. We quickly went over to the repair shop and collected the van.

Luckily, there were 2 persons with license. Tb drove the car and my sis drove the van. We played a detective game of tailing each other on the road to get back to my sis house. We put the van down and went over to Sukura at Science centre.

The usuals for me was Sashimi. Later I went on to have 4 plates of fried salmons. Ate a lot of things and we kept laughing because many of us couldn't finish what we took and we took great measures to hide them.

After Sakura, we went to fill up the fuel of the car. It comes with a manual car wash at discounted price. Never had I know that "Da Chang Jing" works there too.

When all else is done, we went back to watch the movie Red cliff part 2

This movie is the continuation of The Battle of Red Cliff. In my opinion, this time the movie has lesser strategic scenes where the general uses wits against enemies. However, it is still good as I am eager to find out what happened from the continuation.

The movie was worth every cent of my money. It was a 2 hour 20 minutes movie and I sat until my buttock hurts. But it finally bring lights to it as the story was completed. I somehow know the story of The Battle of Red Cliff as it was a popular one.

Lastly, they went to my house and we gave the presents to Hx. Me and Tb share a pierre cardin wallet and an elephant carrier as a gift to Hx. My sis gave a clock for Hx's new room. Mk's present was a mouse.

All these presents signify something...

Wallet: Hope that he can have lots of money for this year
Mouse: Win more games with the newest gadget.
Clock: Not to be late for appointment ANYMORE!

Lastly, Happy Birthday to Hx!

A new beginning

School had started and obviously I wasn't used to it. I found myself sick on the start of the second day. This can be accounted for the very late nights during the holidays and when school reopens, I had huge problem when it comes to waking up early.

In the class, I had the urge of leaving. However, I managed to stay till the end and my sis came to fetch me after school. I slept the whole journey to home. I remembered waking up in the middle of my sleep, having that vomiting feeling. I swallowed a panadol that was in my bag for years but it didn't work.

When I reached home, I went to bed immediately without bathing. I was so tired and my whole body ache. I remind my younger sis to wake me up at 9pm later because I had homework to do. She apparently wasn't listening because she was smiling to the computer screen and later answered with a delightful "ok"

Days like this is terrible and it spoils my mood especially when the next day is an holiday. It spoils my mood further when you sit at the toilet bowl and waited ages for something to come out but none. Disgusting, it may be but those were the times you feel really angry.

Little Nyonya had came to an end and the new show only reminds me of my mother in the role of a nagging mum, Patricia Mok. Not that I say it, my mum even agrees that she looked like her when she nags non stop. To such coincidence, the family, which made up of elder sis, middle brother and a younger sis totally resemble us.

This posts contained lots of rants but it is better than writting my RJ which shows the fake side of me. Not that I am so fake but I am going mad if I hadn't write it down. If you asked me what I would like to do at the current moment. It will be reading harry potter book 2 which I am still asking from Tb!
