First of all!, I lost my voice!

I came back home yesterday from Sentosa and tried talking to myself. I had a slight lost of voice. But when I woke up this morning, it was worse! I think it was the clay pot that I had that caused me my misery.

I got a message from tb that he still can't come out from army because they still haven't catch Mas selamat bin Kastari. Wow! I can write out it's name without referring to anything! Anyway I hope that they can catch the guy soon because I want to go Zoo!

Sunday, March 2

Mengkha, Jinjin, HuiXiang, Shiying and me met up at jurong East Popular. I was the last to arrive even though I lived nearest. I tried a new bus 333 from my home and found out that I should take the opposite side to go Jurong east bus interchange instead. In the end, I had to take 333 again from opposite side and that explain why I was late. Other than that, I won't be late at all~

Ate 2 eggs, 2 bread and tea for breakfast. The guys all had things like that. The gals are more fussy when it comes to breakfast. They want MACDONALDS.

Took bus 143 to vivo and many of them were tired. They took a quick nap as I morning call them (mk and hx) at about 8:30am. When we reached vivo, we walk all the way to take the Sentosa Express at lvl 3.



Did I mention that it was drizzling? It kind of spoils of mood as our initial plan was to ride bicycles. We stop off at Beach station and it begin to have a heavy downpour. We begin to think about where can we go when it is raining.

We got to Imbiah Station and the rain kind of resided. We went to take pictures of the Merlion!



Mind you, the red dress person isn't one of our friends. I accidentally took a picture like as if I was taking her picture. I wasn't making sense here.



Then it's this girl with the umbrella. It was unintentional. It wasn't our friends too. I noticed something. They should cut of the trees as it was blocking the views of the Merlion. But then again, without the trees, the photo wouldn't look real.

After that, we went up hills with the especially slow escalator. We walk past this indian man and he was saying something like: "Take a picture with snake for $5". Hx was quite excited about that and asked me whether I want. The guy say: "For you all, can 2 persons". I was like WOW! 2 for $5.

When he open the box, I was shocked! I never thought it was a python. It was huge and the body was fatter than my arms. I keep asking whether it will bite and such. When he put the snake onto me, all my thoughts were gone. I just want to have a private moments with the snake.



Giving him a $5 note. He is checking whether is it real or not.



If it is not real, he set out his snake to strangle me.

I was terrified!







Lots of people were looking at me. Before that, the place was rather quiet until I came along to be his attention seeker.



The python is cold!





Then I ask for the hat. Even though I only paid $5, if not $2.50. I want to make the best out of it.



He keep asking me to hold the snake like this and like that.



The reason for the expression on my face is because I started to feel the strong contractions within the python body.



The python is very strong. My right hand keep going backwards because the python wanted to. I had to follow it. That is how strong the python is.



There is difference between touching a python and holding a python. When you touch the python, you just feel the cold skins and scales. When you hold a python, you can feel the strongness of it and the contractions movement in it. It's totally two different experience!

Now is hx's turn. The snake haven't been put on him and he's already posing.

I requested for the guy to be in the picture. He sincerely obliged and pose for us!

After the exciting experiences, we walked around to take other pictures as well.

After that, We heard that QiuYin will be coming. Jinjin was complaining about being especially hungry. We went "Koufu foodcourt" to eat lunch! We walked there and I ordered the Curry claypot. It was the thing that made me lose my voice I guess. However the Curry claypot was superb!

After that, We met Qiu yin and we put our things at the locker. We walked to the bicycle rental shop. As Jinjin don't know how to ride bicycle, I got a "double" bike. Don't think she can be relaxing behind me! I made her take photos along the way! The rest rent the $5/hr bike.

Actually, it's quite good to rent "double" bike. You can split the costs among the two people and when you are riding uphills, you can ask the person behind to ride faster so that it is easier.

However, the bicycle experience was somehow screwed. We only cycle for merely half an hour and a heavy downpour started again. We stop at one of the trams station and occupied lots of spaces. Any people who got down from trams had no place to stand because the bike is taking up lots of spaces. We are so embarrassed but we sit through.

It was then I found out that Jinjin took 70+ photos when she was behind me! Shall not post all the pictures if not it will take forever.

Like I said. We only ride bike for about half an hour and took shelter for another half an hour and we went back to return bike. We went toilet to clean up and after that walk to Beach station to bid Jinjin goodbye. She's going for some meetings and meet us up for Sakae at night.

We took a tram to Underwater world.



Bought the tickets for Underwater world and the lady there told us to get to Pink dolphin lagoon first because the last show is at 5:30pm. We quickly rush there via the red line.



We were stunned to see that many indians. They were from SOTC if I remembered correctly. The ratio is like 1:8. 1 (any races): 8 indians.



Close encounters with the pink dolphins! They are so adorable. I hope I had the chance! But I don't want to get wet. If not, I would have volunteer myself! This is for getting wet up to knee level.

After the Pink dolphin Lagoon, We faster rush back to Underwater world via blue line. There were zillions of people!

From here I will just show pictures of fishes, crabs and jellyfish and many more. Along the way, comment on a picture or two.



Is this real or what? There is some description at the side but I didn't read.



There were someone feeding the fishes. But the overcrowding fishes block the feeder.





Stingray with a school of fishes following it. I guess the fishes behind it is trying to get onto the stingray for a ride or either feast on the food on it's body.

After underwater World, We took bus back to Beach station. Ready for a feast at Sakae!

Reflection!

When we reach Vivo, we went for Sakae sushi and it was there, HuiXiang bid us goodbye. He needs to go back camp and I can understand his feeling then. It was such a fun day and everything had to go back to normal. That is for him, go back camp...

We called Jinjin and she said she couldn't make it back. Me, MengKha, ShiYing and QiuYin went to eat sakae with our hungry stomach!









This is what I ordered. Along with Japanese Hot green tea and a randomly taken $1.99 plate. It's about $17+ and it is quite worth it. I was full and contented. Of course it comes with G.S.T and service charge. Hate it.

After Sakae we wanted to go look at dogs! Unfortunately, they kept all the dogs away. Then we wanted to look at hamsters. They also keep it away. Then MengKha say he wanted to look at hamster's things. I never knew he had a hamster and I got excited all over. I keep asking him to buy the things I like. That is, if I AM A HAMSTER!

After that went to Candy Empire to buy sweets!

After that, Shiying took bus home. Me, QiuYin and MengKha took the train. Seperate ways with Qiuyin at Outram park. Went home with MengKha. On the way, we discuss about Dota strategy. Tempted to go home and try!

It was quite a success! Had extremely fun and enjoyable day. Thank to all who made it possible. You've made my day!
